1992 - Adalita, Dean and Daniel kick out the jams in a shack by the beach just out of Geelong. Sep. 1992 - Adam joins on drums and Magic Dirt is now a band. Jan. 1993 - Support Sonic Youth, deal is struck with Au Go Go. Jul. 1993 - 'Super Tear ' 7" released on Fellaheen. Nov. 1993 - 'Signs Of Satanic Youth' released on Au Go Go. Dec. 1993 - Break up, reform, break up. Feb. 1994 - Reform and write new material. Aug. 1994 - Tour nationally with Beck/Blues Explosion. Nov. 1994 - 'Life was Better' EP debuts at #1 on alternative charts. Jan. 1995 - Big Day Out festival, support Hole on East Coast. Mar. 1995 - Tour nationally with Dinosaur Jr. Aug. 1995 - Daniel quits band. Oct. 1995 - Dave Thomas (ex: Bored) replaces Daniel. Nov. 1995 - 'Redhead' 7" released in USA on Dirt Records. Dec. 1995 - 'I Was Cruel' 10" released on Au Go Go. Feb. 1996 - Self-titled album released on Dirt Records in USA. Mar. 1996 - Record 'Friends In Danger' with Paul McKercher in Sydney. Jun. 1996 - Sign deal with Warner Bros Records, USA. Sep. 1996 - Debut album 'Friends In Danger' released on Au Go Go. Oct. 1996 - Tour Australia with Archers Of Loaf. Oct. 1996 - 'Friends In Danger' released in USA on Warners. Oct. 1996 - 'I Was Cruel' 10" released in USA on Man's Ruin Records. Oct. 1996 - Tour USA with Archers Of Loaf.
